PeopleTec is currently seeking a GMD Systems Analyst  to support the GMD IV&V HWIL Lab at the US Army CCDC Systems, Simulation, Software and Integration (S3I) Directorate.

 

This position will involve the support of multiple elements of the HWIL test events. Responsibilities include receiving run logs; reducing data to construct timeline of events for each run; and design and develop scripts for data analysis using provided requirements.    

 

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Systems and/or Software Engineering
  • Scripting experience in MATLAB, Python, or other similar language.
  • Log analysis and data reduction
  • Ability to design scripts & algorithms based on analysis requirements
  • Ability to graphically represent reduced data in such a way that is meaningful to leadership and external stakeholders
  • Continually improve data analysis process as requirements and grow
  • Add to the continually developing list of deliverable products
  • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Understanding and experience with Agile Development and Scrum

  • A Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have a Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this clearance level during their employment.

 

Educational Requirements:

A completed Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, etc. is preferred.

 

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with DoD Ballistic Missile Defense System programs and operational knowledge of the GMD program.
  • Test and Evaluation (T&E) experience supporting Pre-Flight/Ground testing in a System Test Labs environment.
  • Experience with Jira
