PeopleTec is currently seeking a Manpower / Force Structure Analyst to support our Huntsville, AL location.

Supports all aspects of Manpower and Force Development in support of an Army Program Office and its subordinate Project Offices including civilian, military, contractor, and matrix support. Develops and implements the manpower to include synchronization with the Program Budget Guidance and the Program Objective Memorandum. Provides force management assistance to subordinate Project Offices. Generates Program Office Input and responses to Total Army Analysis (TAA) taskings. Maintains accountability for military and civilian manpower. Develops and maintains Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA) including TDA equipment and manning table documents. Reviews and provides input to proposed Concept Plans, Transition Plans and Command Implementation Plans for reorganization and formation of PEO and Project Offices. 1. Prepares Command Plan for entire Program Office to include preparing necessary Schedule 8 adjustments to the Manpower Program Budget Guidance (PBG) and preparing official TDA. 2. Prepares updates to the Program's Working TDA (manning document) per fiscal year. 3. Prepares/Reviews needed Concept Plans, Transition Plans and Command Implementation Plans. 4. Prepares Program's Military Acquisition Position List (MAPL) Reviews and Command Select List (CSL) Reviews for Best Qualified and Civilian CSL positions. 5. Monitors and inputs into Program's PDC Tool data.

 

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of direct traceable experience.
  • Must be (VERY) highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Must have a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and complete assignments on schedule.
  • Dependable self-starter with strong written and oral communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Travel: 5%
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.

 

Education Requirements:

A completed Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in related field is required. An additional 4+ years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. Higher level of degree in related field may be substituted in lieu of experience.

 

Desired Skills:

Experience in federal civilian resource management (manpower and force structure).
